Fantastic experience from start to finish. We were lucky enough to be local enough to visit the showroom. Within the first minute, we were made to feel very welcomed. Every style and option was explained in detail and we booked the home measure visit there and then. All aspects of our journey was painless, including the installation, which was done very quickly and professionally. We love our shutters! They're beautiful and do precisely what we were told they would do. The house is now warmer and we can have it as bright or as dark as we want. Perfect! We've recently used Diamond Shutters in Sidcup to do 3 windows in our new extension and am so happy we did. From the initial phone call to book the appt, to the member of staff coming round to price up the job and then the measuring and fitting has been an easy process.
