Bochner’s Studio’s self defense / martial arts program and staff have been nothing short of welcoming, supportive, and truly always a great time. I learn something new each class, as well as improve and build on current skills. Self defense is an incredible and useful life skill to acquire over time, effort , and practice & I would highly recommend this program and studio to any one of any age!
