I was referred to Mosaic by a friend of a friend: "they know everything about Acuras."But it wasn't just their knowledge of vehicles, I expect that. It is the customer service that blew my mind. The team is friendly. They take their time. I felt heard. My car is older but I feel like I'll have it a lot longer because of them.

Vic and Warren at Mosaic Motors are faith-based, honest, knowledgeable mechanics who genuinely look out for their customers. They recently gave me a huge break on servicing my Lexus and they rescued me in an emergency when my car was in an accident. I really appreciate their generosity, fair pricing, and the trust they’ve earned — it’s hard to find mechanics like these, and I highly recommend them!

Finding an honest mechanic can be stressful, but this shop is the real deal. I brought my car in thinking I needed a major, expensive repair based on what another place told me. Instead of taking advantage of that, the team thoroughly inspected my vehicle and explained that it was actually a much smaller, simple fix. They were incredibly transparent, broke down the costs upfront, and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. It is rare to find this level of integrity in auto repair. They have officially earned a customer for life, and I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

5/5! My car battery and alternator went out while driving and when I called Mosaic, Vic was so friendly and helpful. We got a tow truck to come get me in under 20 minutes and then the mechanic repaired it for me within 2 hours. I don’t even live in VA but will be bringing my car here for any future fixes.

Vic and the team were awesome! I found a nail in my tire and was stressed that I may need a whole new tire. Luckily, I found Mosaic Motors near my job. They were willing to take me same day without an appointment. Had my tire evaluated, all it needed was a plug! I was truly thankful! I definitely will be coming back!
