Prices are getting too high. A few more price increases and looking for different storage will be an optional. Service is just so so. Security is average, grounds are most of the time kept clean. Lots of abandoned vehicles. Wonder if they are paying????

Owners keep this place clean and tidy, never any issues with them over anything, did get a courtesy call once because tires were looking low and they were just letting me know before they went flat. Never met the "older couple" some have mentioned in other reviews so I must have only dealt with the new owners. My property was always secure, no one ever messed with anything, and the on site management / owners keep a close on on who is coming and going. Would recommend if you can get a space.

It’s not often I post about my experiences with a business. After reading the reviews, especially the negative ones, I felt it was important to perhaps add my experiences.These folks are wonderful - just wish more businesses in this retirement community were as nice. Gated, secure, clean, friendly owners who are ALWAYS pleasant to deal with, what more could one possibly want.So, put the negative review in the “delete” file and look forward to an amazing relationship with this business.One last thing, they have a great puppy!
