We recently had an issue with our heat pump and after being given incorrect advice we were left in an awkward position and unsure what to do, having never had such a heating system before. James and the team at Sanderson renewables were able to assist very quickly and promptly and fix the issue, even when he had a very busy schedule. James, Finley & Luca successfully completed a comprehensive underfloor heating system installation, encompassing three new bathrooms and a utility room. Furthermore, I replaced my gas combi boiler with a heat pump, receiving a £7,500 government grant as a result. Initially, I harbored some skepticism, but the system functions flawlessly. The bathrooms are also exceptionally well-executed. Based on my experience, he is undoubtedly the best plumber in York.
