Unless you want your child to be taught by mediocre mean girls who peaked in high school, I would not recommend this studio. Their main instructor has been the owner’s favorite since about 2005 and the main instructor passes on that legacy of favorites to all of the children that she teaches. Unless you are planning on giving her gifts or constantly complementing her daily, do not expect any good treatment or training from these people. If you want an overall well balanced dance education, I would recommend literally anywhere else in the Broward County area.

DANL is an amazing studio. My daughter has been going for six years now. She loves to compete and loves her friends & teachers. We call DANL home. Even mom dances!!!!! DANL is our family.

I can not say enough about DANL!! My daughter started Acro over the summer and we absolutely loved the studio and the staff. And now we are doing 3 dance classes for our first season! They came highly recommended from alum dancers/family friends. The staff are warm, helpful, love dance and always smiling!! They offer a variety of different dance style classes throughout the week at different times that can fit any schedule! We are so happy to be a part of the DANL family!

As a DANL Alumni (danced at the original Dance Academy of North Lauderdale as a kid), I was excited to enroll my daughter at the studio back in 6 years ago. She fell in love instantly, and I realized how much she and I could do dance together. I decided to dance again and joined the ladies' class 4 years ago. The DANL staff has become family. The comradery and friendships built last lifetimes. I'm proud to be part of this studio and represent it at competitions. I trust the knowledge of the teachers and appreciate their dedication and genuine investment in each of their students. A Neighborhood Gem for Young Dancers!I can’t say enough good things about DANL! It came highly recommended by a neighborhood friend who grew up dancing here, and now her daughter dances here too. This is my daughter’s second year, and we’ve both been so happy with the experience!What truly stands out to me is how seamlessly DANL manages a large program with so many moving parts. What could easily be chaotic is instead smooth and organized, and there’s a wonderful sense of community rather than competition. I also appreciate how they let little girls simply be little girls. The recital costumes and dances are always adorable and age appropriate, which is so important to me as a parent!Everything feels so easy... you just show up with your beautiful little ones, and DANL takes care of the rest. DANL Dance Center is amazing! They have classes for everyone. Regular rec classes for babies to adults and 3 different levels for dancers who want to compete. The whole staff is amazing and I truly wouldn’t bring my kids anywhere else.
