I have been training Comprido for 7 years and couldn't have asked for a better coach or gym. As a younger woman I have never felt uncomfortable or unsafe saved in the gym everyone is super welcoming, helpful, and there to learn and have a good time. The kids classes is an excellent experience for kids to learn to control their emotions and their bodies for getting exercise and making new friends. I would recommend Comprido BJJ to anyone looking for a new fun and challenging way to push yourself
