Well I’ve completed the 30 day kickstart and I’m really impressed with the results. As a 65 year old man heading into retirement I didn’t want to start stiffening up, and after 40 years mostly behind a desk, my middle age spread needed some work, so, on a recommendation I have joined Fuller Fitness. In 4 weeks my body fat has gone down 1.5% and my muscle has increased by 1.2 kg. The trainer-led sessions are an excellent way to keep up the effort. Everyone at the gym is really friendly, both members and staff, and they are always ready to give encouragement and to suggest alternatives for exercises that cannot be undertaken due to injury, disability etc. I have been to gyms before, but they have been full of young sweaty blokes hogging the equipment while staring at themselves in the mirror. This could not be further from that and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone that wants to get fitter, but in a much more friendly environment.
