For any of you that have never been to a gym like me, don’t hesitate to try Fuller Fitness. I am a Pensioner and have been riddled with rheumatoid arthritis since I was 21. What possibly could a gym do for me? I have trouble walking, fused wrists, false ankle, the list goes on. It was a bit daunting walking in there, but my trainer Bill adapted whatever exercises necessary for my needs. I have been a member now for two months and it was the best decision I have made. I am standing straighter, every part of my body seems fitter and my energy levels have gone up. I attend the Small Group Personal Trainer sessions 3 times per week. Everyone is so friendly, and we have a good laugh without realising we are training. Everyone’s spirits are high when they leave. Bill has been absolutely brilliant and definitely cares about your progress. I have recently met the trainer Lucinda who is also great. Don’t hesitate to join, you won’t regret it. If there is any reason to get up on these cold winter mornings and get out of the house, then this is the only reason you need.
