ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! There is not enough space or words to express my experience with this office. I am EXTREMELY anxious when it comes to dental visits. From the time I initially spoke with Adalet to Emily’s smiling face upon arrival, I’ve never felt more comfortable. Adalet was so patient and so willing to listen as I expressed my fears!! Fazi and Edgar are so gentle and reassuring that everything as well as myself will be fine. Dr. Ali is “the cat’s meow”!!! So gentle, so patient, so approachable about any concerns, and with a smile!! This staff makes you feel like it’s all about ME and I LOVE IT!! If they only knew how they have changed a big part of my life and I am forever grateful.

My wife has had several years of dental work done while Novocain no longer worked for her. So, she was not only needle-phobic, but not at ease with dental work in general. However, Dr. Ali's kindness and sympathetic manner put her at ease. They listened to how she and I worked together to help her overcome her anxiety. All in all, the experience was much better than I expected and taught me to expect the best outcome because it was out there, and we found it. I would not hesitate to go to NOVA Dental Anesthesia for all my dental needs.

Red, red flags!!! The initial caring & friendliness fade as they drain your wallet. Always extra fees added that need paid asap. After $10k of caps, had worse pain than started with! (I only needed a root canal). They have basic xray, not state of the art equipment. Some equipment that doesnt work properly. Left me, under sedation, during procedure, for an office consult w/new patient. Had me walk out to waiting room with no help while under sedation at last visit. Caused need for 2nd root canal from capping the infected tooth & 1 next to it in same visit without treating infection. After months of pain, telling me i just need their pricey night guard, i had 2 root canals done somewhere else. Orbital xray showed extensive infection, multiple treatments for infection & pain relief (from other place). What should have been $1500 root canal turned into $10k of caps & fees & caused 2nd root canal & worse pain. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. VERY MANY RED FLAGS!!!Having a severe infection for months is not only painful but dangerous! Id NEVER take my special needs child here if i had one.Im sure they will respond with apology but they got their $10k & thats all they care about. In the end i paid $13k for a $1500. root canal i needed & went thru many months of increasing, terrible pain! If i could give them -10 stars, i would! My insurance covered $1500. 🙄 i would like to amend this post by adding that my experience with Dr Ali was at the Winchester office, not the Burke office.

The doctors, anesthesiologists and staff were all amazing! We had been searching for this kind of care for a very long time. They took the time to explain everything to us for the treatment of our special-needs adult son. When the day of surgery came, we felt confident that the procedure would go as expected - and it did! What a blessing to find such caring and talented experts who helped resolve a serious dental issue!
