I had been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes since around September of 2020. I wasn’t educated about how to mitigate and reverse my condition - I was just given Metformin, Atorvorstatin & Glipizide - and told to avoid sugar & carbs.I would feel stinging and numbing sensations in my fingers, lower back, legs and feet - especially at night when I was trying to rest.
