Allison always welcoming smiling greeted me, Sid the person who worked on my knees legs and feet as well as educating me on diet, how the body works is knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. He also made me accountable for doing what he asked or suggested while home - in between my visits. - I changed my diet( not without slips and continued changes- I am a work in progress now) I do the exercises most of the time ( life happens and sometimes you just can’t get them in) and I use my tools and devices almost daily! My skepticism is gone - the process WORKS! But you have to do it. I feel so much better mentally and physically- my knees are 80-90 % better most days. Occasionally I might have a day where the knees hurt but no where like they used too! After 3 weeks my feet started to feel different. It was my nerves starting to revive. After 5 months, one foot is 25% from normal. My foot withe most pain has improve 60%. He would not accept me as patient because he recognized that is was plantar fasciitis. Instead, he had me fitted for custom shoe inserts. They are amazing!!
