They listen to what my concerns are and help any possible with much needed information. Cynthia is my main man there and listen to me about all my problems. He has helped me considerably. I have been going here for approximately a month now and entered having chronic knee pain in both of my knees. The therapies at home have been super easy to do each day and are comfortable to do on my own time. I enjoy the daily stretches as they loosen up everything and make me much more mobile. I can even do a quad stretch which I haven’t been able to do in years. I can do my normal activities of walking and coaching without as much soreness at the end of the time period. The one thing big for me has being able to bend down and pick up things such as my pet cats who are hefty themselves. I am sleeping better and not waking up as frequently due to knee pain from my knee being in an odd position. I truly appreciate everything the folks at BetterHelp have done for me and look forward to the progress yet to come.

Since starting at Heal Better Health Center for my Neuropathy I have had less pain improved balance walking up and down down stairs has improved with better balance. Great start to big changes. In the first 30 days I have lost weight making better food choices. The nerve pain from back has lessened, tingling in feet has decrease and extreme fatigue is lifting.
