Kat is super awesome in walking us through as first time VA loa home buyers. She is also very quick and super hard working. We close on our house 5 weeks from the day we saw it and it was so so awesome. We are having our parents over this Easter weekend and they love the house as well. We are so thankful for a buyer agent that would speak up on your behalf and making all the necessary calls! We are thinking to ask her to be our seller agent if we ever sell our house to move to a different base later in life, shes that awesome.
