When you are buying or selling a home, your realtor and broker matter—a lot. We knew this but got lucky with our first time buying and when it was time to sell and buy again we initially picked the wrong choice to represent us. After finally getting through the selling process we immediately shifted over to Kat with a strong recommendation from a friend to help us find a house and the difference was night and day.
