Kat is super awesome in walking us through as first time VA loa home buyers. She is also very quick and super hard working. We close on our house 5 weeks from the day we saw it and it was so so awesome. We are having our parents over this Easter weekend and they love the house as well. We are so thankful for a buyer agent that would speak up on your behalf and making all the necessary calls! When you are buying or selling a home, your realtor and broker matter—a lot. We knew this but got lucky with our first time buying and when it was time to sell and buy again we initially picked the wrong choice to represent us. After finally getting through the selling process we immediately shifted over to Kat with a strong recommendation from a friend to help us find a house and the difference was night and day.
