Pofessional and super accommodating to my concerns it was my first time really driving my Jeep with a trailer that long and before I left his place I felt super confident that I can do it without any concerns. He had everything you need in case there was an issue with whatever you were going to be towing. All the equipment was there and honestly all I had to do was Drive. And he was available when I text messaged him during the day and let me know that he was available to bring it back a little bit early and to help me remove it off my truck .
