While tracking down a leak I fell through my ceiling, creating a large me shaped hole. I had also some drywall tape fail in a different location. I hired Silva Drywall to repair the damage I created by keeping my house very cool.They were on time, did a *great* job, and left no trace. I was prepared to clean up drywall dust. There was no dust for me to clean up! The whole experience was smooth. They were very professional. I couldn't ask for a better experience.(note: they offered to touch up the paint on the wall adjacent to the ceiling, I declined as I need to repaint multiple areas, these are super great folks, I am stubborn)Included are photos from before and after the project was complete.

WOW!! I can't begin to express how impressed I am with the work Sergio and his team did in our home!To be sure that I understood fully what his team would do to complete the job, he went over the work order with me in detail after I accepted his estimate. The estimate was very reasonable in comparison to other companies.They restored 2 rooms after a water leak. Having to replace dry wall, paint, replace wood floor, base boards, toilet, pedestal sink and the most difficult was answering my many, many questions, thru texting. Sergio always answered immediately in a respectful manner!They arrived each morning on time and worked deligently, quietly, and professionally! I rarely heard a sound! They laid down paper thru out their work area and taped all sides down, to be sure no one tripped.Before I knew it, and much earlier then scheduled, it was completed!I thoroughly inspected their work, and it was absolutely perfect! I would surely not hesitate to hire Sergio and his team again!Great job!

Silva Drywall and Remodelling are great. They renovated our entire basement and the work is flawless. I would absolutely hire them again. They were very nice and helpful and prices were good too.
