Jacob kept in touch with me and generously brought me an entire load of fresh wood chips while he as in my area. I am thrilled! He was so easy to work with and great at communication. I will be calling him first when I need any tree work done.

Jacob did some great tree work next door to us. He looked for local people who wanted the wood for fire wood and the chips for gardening. He was communicative, respectful and professional.

We found True Tree Service on Instagram and saw their team working/climbing trees cutting large trees into smaller pieces, and lowering down the pieces with a rope so decided to give them a call and within the week they were out here and completed the task in a few hours! Jacob and crew came in and dropped 3 leland cypress trees for me, they are not easy trees to deal with as everything had to be lowered because of a fence and existing shed and home in close proximity. Great work for a great price! I cannot recommend highly enough! I reached out for an estimate to get several redwood trees trimmed and Jake got back to me right away.He gave a free estimate, and set-up a team to come out the very next day. The team were so fast and efficient! The whole process only took about 5 hours for several trees to be trimmed and the branches mulched and cleared. Russell was an absolute gem!I work from home but was pleasantly surprised that the work was not overly loud or distracting. They followed up to make sure everything met expectations, but they exceeded all of ours. We are so very happy with their service! We will definitely be reaching out again for future needs!

True tree service did an outstanding job taking down our 80 foot fir tree in a tight spot. As requested, they completely avoided hurting our rhododendron right below the tree in the process, something only professionals can do. I called Jacob on Monday and was quoted a very reasonable price the same day, then Tuesday they came and took the tree down. The arborists on site were extremely nice and professional and made sure I was happy with how everything was going - including where the wood chips were being spread, and where to stack rounds of wood. They can haul this stuff away but I wanted to keep it for ground cover and fire wood, so they cut easy to manage rounds for me. I couldn’t be happier with true tree service and highly recommend them. If you want excellent, fast service for your arborist needs, look no further.
