I had my first Cryotgerapy session today and I could not be any happier with Renew You and all of the services they offer. I did not have to make an appointment. I was able to just walk jn and they helped me with what I wanted.I like Cryotherapy for helping me with my weight loss goals, as well as the anti-inflamation therapy. I used to do Cryotherapy when I was body building. I got out of body building for about a year and a half and then I went back to it. I have almost finished the weight loss phase and I have begun the muscle building phase. The last 15 pounds have been the most stubborn. I have 3 to 8 more pounds to lose to achieve my target weight range and Cryotherapy is going to help me achieve my goal.The anti-inflamation will help with any inflammation in my joints and releive any pain, which will allow me to increase my range of motion and lift heavier weight and help me to be able to build more muscle.What I really appreciated is that they inform you about the different services they offer, and the prices, without using high pressure sales pitches, so you can make well informed decisions that are best for you.
