I joined in January for personal 1-1 training. From the jump Katie was very personable and friendly, she clearly loves what she does. She paired me with Olivia who is amazing. The gym is incredibly clean, the equipment is top notch, with so many machines to choose from along with a huge selection of free weights. The atmosphere is unlike the big gyms in every way. The people are friendly and are happy to work with other members as we all share the space. I’ve never felt overwhelmed or unwelcome. Overall, best gym choice I’ve ever made.

Extremely clean, extremely well organized, extremely polite and professional staff. What’s not to like? Located right off the highway in an easily accessible location. Free weights, cable, and traditional machines available.

The Den is the best gym! The community here is wonderful. People are fun, energetic, encouraging and goal driven. The trainers are knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. My son loves coming to the gym with me too! This place is a second home and a second family to mine!
