I had an emergency slot as my crown had come out. I was do pleased that they could fit me in so quickly. It was the first time I had met Noresh. What a pleasant young man I found him to be. He very patiently listened to all I said. Even though I forgot to take the crown along he said it could be re fitted and made a space for me to go along that same afternoon. I was very grateful to him. He put me at ease thankyou.
