Urbanz Smokez is hands down one of the best spots in Phoenix. Super classy vibe, an excellent selection, and the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful without ever being pushy. I had a small issue during my visit and they fixed it quickly and professionally, no hassle at all. That kind of service really stands out. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in the shop. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

Came in awhile ago to grab a bong expecting significantly higher prices then I'm TN was happily impressed to be paying what I did.Pros: Prices are definitely 5 starsCustomer service is 5 starsCleanliness is 5 stars every single bong along the wall looked polished and perfected.The vapes and other accessories were really nicely presentedCons:Not sure if we've been unlucky but some music would really help the atmosphere because none of the times we've been in here had music.Just be careful with lyfting from this area Lyft takes like 10+ minutes and there's no where to sit down.Overall: definitely a must stop for bongs and vapes. Will be a returning customer
