The store is super clean and well organized, The owner is totally cool and very knowledgeable. I must add a big shout out to Ms. Rana as she is very sweet and knowledgeable as well, keep up the great work Rana!!! I highly recommend this shop to everyone as it's definitely a diamond in the rough. If your looking for quality products at amazing prices, with a friendly staff then you must stop in.

Urbanz Smokez is hands down one of the best spots in Phoenix. Super classy vibe, an excellent selection, and the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful without ever being pushy. I had a small issue during my visit and they fixed it quickly and professionally, no hassle at all. That kind of service really stands out. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in the shop. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.
