We are so glad that we chose Rafter V Services to replace our fence. From the start, Preston came out right away and got us an estimate and worked with our schedule to find a time to begin the project. We unfortunately picked a week where it stormed heavy all day every day. Each day Preston would send an update with his go forward plan and contingency if the weather stayed bad. We never had to wonder what the plan was. I think his style of staying in contact with the homeowner with updates and always being reachable is something that sets his business apart from others. Once the storms stopped he was here right away with his crew to start the process. He continued to text updates on progress and next steps - again, I really appreciated that.
