I am very impressed with the service. I had my roof inspected and Collin was very helpful. He did not only check the roof thoroughly, but he also made some improvements to make sure that it is well protected from future leaks. He is punctual, approachable and fair. He did not took advantage even though I offer to pay him for his service. *** FULLY RECOMMEND- COLE IS AN ABSOLUTE CHAMPION !! A year after termite damage to the area above my front door the heavy rains in December 2024 had water coming though my ceiling (in the previously termite damaged area). I had another company attend at that time, the young man was green and he said roof needed to be replaced but would silicone it in the meantime (proved to be useless). Cut to January and after returning from a holiday in Melbourne my house sitter confirmed the rain was still pouring through ceiling area big front door. I spent two days trying to contact roofers to assist and thank the heavens A & J Roofing suggested Cole as they couldn’t get here for 2 weeks. Cole squeezed me. Popped in and in 2 mins told me what the kid from the last company couldn’t. That I needed a tarps ASAP (as well the total roof replacement) gave me a quote and said he would be back with some tarps Despite this weather and true to his word he was back with the tarps and in less than an hour later my home is now no longer leaking.
