I had an emergency situation and he was over to help within minutes! Very professional: he took the time to explain the situation to me and possible options for future prevention. Also very reasonably priced. I could not recommend him enough!!!

He came out the day after my husband reached out to him to remove a bee nest right up against our house. He got us taken care of at an affordable price and was not rushy. We would absolutely use him again!

Really want to give a shout out to Shaun at Ashley Pest Control! We had what we thought was a termite scare , he came out very quickly, was super thorough, explained everything would need to look for with termites, told me how he could help me if I wanted to be proactive, but he actually was honest and forthcoming that he doesn’t think I have them. Imagine that! He didn’t try and take my money needlessly! Told him my former pest control guy retired so he’s my new guy now!

If you’re looking to work with someone who listens and tailors a solution for your home and family’s needs then Ashley Pest Control is who you need to talk to. Shaun was extremely good at helping out my parents who may not be the most savvy when it comes to understanding the complexities of dealing with pests in the house. And with me not being nearby, I was able to articulate the issue and explain the situation where Shaun provided very thorough explanations to me over the phone and through text messages. He was also incredibly considerate of my parents situation and provided so much guidance that my dad even mentioned that Shaun was a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much!

Shaun is one of the best service guys I’ve ever encountered in any industry. He was very responsive to my initial call and contacted me to let me know when he was on his way. When inspecting the issue, he took great care and time in answering all of my questions and addressing all of my concerns. He explained everything he was doing and it not only was incredibly informative but it also gave me peace of mind when he didn’t find signs of what I was worried about. I will be recommending his services to friends, family, and any other businesses in the area who are in need of service. Thanks Shaun, you rock!

It was very difficult to find a pest control company willing to handle my issues with my vehicle. Shaun from Ashley Pest Control was willing to see what he could do. He used a pesticide that has shown is working so far. He spent a lot of time spraying and vacuming my vehicle. I would recommend using this company for any of your pesticide needs.

Shaun was very easy to work with! He explained how we can prepare our yard and what to expect during the process. He was very easy to contact and communicated well. I actually got confused (it was my fault not his by any means) and Shaun still tried to go above and beyond to get us taken care of. I am truly blessed to have had his services and support! I will be recommending him to others in our area. Reach out to him and support a family owned business that truly cares about their community!

Shaun is the absolute man! I have an 11,000 sqft warehouse with a rodent problem that escalated quickly out of nowhere. After just one month of weekly visits from Shaun my rodent issue is now contained and I anticipate it being completely gone in another month! He didn’t just show up and lay some traps around the warehouse. He educated me on every little detail and why he was attacking my issue the way he was and he would show up same day anytime a rodent was caught so that I didn’t have to deal with the removal. He was even able to determine how they were entering my warehouse and advised me on how to close off those entry points. I’m soo impressed with his services that I encouraged my condo board association to hire him for pesticide services and they agreed. Also, anytime he does a service call he will generate a detailed report for your review.

I highly recommend Ashley Pest Solutions for all your rodent troubles! Shaun is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He went above beyond to figure out my problem, educate me, and create a plan to tackle the issue- he even communicated multiple contingency plans in the event his plan A wasn’t successful.
