Shaun is the absolute man! I have an 11,000 sqft warehouse with a rodent problem that escalated quickly out of nowhere. After just one month of weekly visits from Shaun my rodent issue is now contained and I anticipate it being completely gone in another month! He didn’t just show up and lay some traps around the warehouse. He educated me on every little detail and why he was attacking my issue the way he was and he would show up same day anytime a rodent was caught so that I didn’t have to deal with the removal. He was even able to determine how they were entering my warehouse and advised me on how to close off those entry points. I’m soo impressed with his services that I encouraged my condo board association to hire him for pesticide services and they agreed. Also, anytime he does a service call he will generate a detailed report for your review.

I wish I could give Shaun 10 stars; he honestly deserves them! When I moved to Berkley 20 years ago, there was no rat problem. Now there is, and I am TERRIFIED of rats, so trapping could never be an option. They got into my crawl space, and I lived in fear that they might get into my house. Luckily, I have two indoor cats, which were likely a deterrent. I called several pest control companies but felt uneasy about every one of them. Until I spoke to Shaun at Ashley Pest Solutions. He was so kind, understanding, and genuinely concerned right from the start. He came, assessed my situation, provided a plan of action and charge, and I hired him on the spot. He then came weekly as promised, always told me to call if I needed anything during the week, and was able to get the rats out of my crawl space and has kept them out. He was also able to accommodate my request to protect other wildlife as much as possible.
