When I walked in I was benching 70 lbs. and in a couple of months I doubled that.The owners of Lifting Studio are wonderful people who set a tone of strength by repetition and form. They guide you through your workouts and are always watching our form. This prevents injury and maximizes our experience. While keeping it fun and exciting.
