UPDATE: There was an unexpected, unfortunate incident that was being investigated unbeknownst to either me or my son (the client). So even though the probation was terminated immediately upon request, it was revoked within hours. It was revoked because my son's ex-girlfriend bought charges bogus charges against him because she didn't want to be without my son when he left her after she attempted to run him over with her car, she managed to hit him, and he fell onto the sidewalk where she couldn't run him over. In her own words "if I can't have you, no one will". Even though they were 2 new original charges against my son, it was proven that they were lies and one charge was dropped against him because he successfully proved that his ex-girlfriend was the one "cyber stalking and harassing" my son, not the other way around. The other charge, was not able to be dropped because it is a fairly new law, one that needs to be reviewed and adjusted to help protect ALL innocent parties. Having said all this, Oscar Salgado, who took over the case from Brent Lightfoot when Brent left the practice, worked diligently for the best possible outcome for my son. And I will still be absolutely advising anyone who needs legal representation to use FIGHTER LAW, especially Oscar Salgado, who truly worked so hard on my son's case for the absolute best outcome.So thrilled to be able to write this review!!
