While I didn't end up going with Zona Floors for my projects, their quotes were very much in line and thorough. I was most impressed with Tom and his son - very professional, forthright, quick to come out to the house and quote within 24 hours. Tom, Abraham and their crew did an excellent job! Tom came for the initial estimate, was very friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. Choosing them from that point was a no-brainer. Everyone was very responsive from start to completion. They wanted to start earlier than we could and once they did there was no stopping them! Our downstairs flooded a couple days before Thanksgiving, we have plans for Christmas with out of town family coming a week before. We needed someone to put down flooring asap. I contacted Zona Floors and couldn’t believe the customer service and efficiency that we experienced. They got back to me right away, Hannah came over and had an estimate for us right away, she is amazing and incredibly professional, which today is becoming a lost art. We contacted them right before the weekend and before we knew it we had installers at our house Monday morning. We had an estimate from another flooring company and they said it would be at least a couple days to install, Zona Floors had it done in one day.These guys were amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. Use Zona Floors! Cost wise they were right on target. So happy with them.

For years, we would come home to broken and bowing tile in our house. Our house has a crawl space with an uneven subfloor. We hummed and hawed over how to take on such a massive project ourselves; taking up the tile on our first floor, dealing with the concrete backer, and tile underneath cabinets. Zona Floors came in and quickly impressed us with their professionalism and care for our unique house. Taking a imperfect situation, problem solving issues we had, and making a piece of art as the finished product. We love our new floors and highly recommend this company!

Zona Floors is a great company. From the beginning to end there was no pressure. Jacob was super patient with us as we went back and forth on flooring as we weren't sure. He provided quotes and was very helpful and friendly. The owner was very nice and friendly as well when we had to call in to reschedule. The installers were great as well. Jose and his team were professional and worked with us as we figured out moving furniture back and forth to get the floors done. Overall the floors look very good, and the service and price were excellent! Definitely recommend Zona Floors!!!
