A friend referred me to Zona Floors for my floor project: Two bedrooms, two closets and a large loft-type room. Jacob was a fantastic salesperson, knowledgable and friendly. His detailed estimate clearly indicated the costs, if they provide the LVP product or if I provide it. I liked having the option to choose my own product. The estimate was clear in every element and no surprises.The estimate also included new baseboards, rather than re-using the old base. This was a huge selling point because some floor contractors do not remove the base. Instead, they shortcut by adding 1/4 round toe kick. For me, the 1/4 round was not an option and Jacob agreed. In the end, it's a complete refresh of the floors in these rooms.The installers arrived on time and worked fast and friendly. They did a thorough clean up, hauling everything away.Jacob and Zona Floors made this a seamless, stress free process. The next time I need flooring, they will be my first choice. Less

I am very pleased with the service I received from Zona Floors. I hired them to remove carpet from my primary bedroom and replace it with “wood-look” tile. I had a great experience from start to finish. The owner Tom contacted me after I requested a project quote via the Angi website. A couple days later, the salesperson Audrey, came by to assess the project and provide an estimate. She had great suggestions and provided visuals (via her laptop) of how the completed floor could look; I was impressed with this feature. As a visual person, this feature made my tile selection much easier.Once I signed the contract and provided a 50% deposit (all electronically), Audrey scheduled the install date. I received timely project updates via email and text.Ray, the installer, did an amazing job. He completed the project in two days versus three. Each day he arrived timely and worked for about 8-9 hours. He worked alone, but was able to move the large bedroom furniture (with a little help from me) into the primary bathroom and the great room. He left the work area clean and tidy after each day. There was little to no dust in other rooms near the work area. He used the covered patio to mix the grout and store his large tools and machinery.Once he completed the floor, I was cleaning the room the next day and noticed a chip in the wood at the bottom of the dresser. I alerted Audrey of the damage. She immediately responded to my message and contacted Abraham who oversees installation. She assured me that they could repair the chip. A few days later, a young man (Abraham Jr.) came by to assess the damage and was able to patch and repair the chip. Before he left, he wanted to ensure I was satisfied with his work and offered to go over the area a second time. His first pass looked good and I was happy with the end result. He was very professional and offered an apology for the damage. I was impressed, not only with his level of custom service, but with everyone affiliated with my project. Less

I would definitely hire Zona Floors again, they did an excellent job on the 2 projects I’ve used them on so far. They replaced all of the flooring in my 2-story townhome, including all new doors, baseboards and trim. The project was completed ahead of schedule (a miracle these days!) and with great quality. We found Zona floors after our restoration company’s subcontracted tile team had failed to show up and listen repeatedly. We are SO GRATEFUL we parted ways with them and came to ZONA FLOORS. Abraham and his team did a great job. After my initial phone call into their organization a Lady came out…. Did the estimate…. Very pleasant and knowledgeable…. told me exactly what I needed to do… and I paid exactly what the estimate was ………….Abraham ‘s two workers knocked it out in 1 1/2 days…both upstairs bathroom floors fully re-tiled…. they were very respectful of the home,… put plastic throughout the home where they were working …cleaned up their mess afterwards, etc…. BUT…after they had left, I had discovered when they reinstalled the toilet there was a leak in the toilet valve and the water tank supply hose…… I let Abraham know …he was there within hours and not only fixed the problem ….which quite frankly he didn’t need to do. He could’ve defaulted to having me hire a plumber……but he fixed the problem and not only bought the new valve and supply hose but a new tank floater as well. And didn’t want a dime for his services or the new parts!! I wouldn’t hear of it. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and I would highly recommend their services for any tile work you might have. I know I won’t look anywhere else when I need add’l tile work done. Less

Zona came to install gorgeous wood laminate flooring on Dec. 11, 2023. Came ontime, ripped out the old carpeting and installed new floors in a day! Installer ( Juan, I think ) was fast ,very neat, and a fine craftsman as well. They had to come back to lay down an area rug, as MY new padding iI ordred didn't arrive in time for the job. They came back on Friday the 15th, on time, and completed the job by laying down my area rug, under the queen size bed. The final outcome is better than I imagined it would be!
