Highly recommend this septic company. They came out and pumped our septic the day after we called them. It was somewhat of an emergency as our septic was completely full! EXCELLENT service! We needed our system pumped. Jeremy called about 30-45 minutes before he arrived just to let us know he was on the way. Showed up on time, walked me through what he was going to do, kept me updated on where we were at cost wise, advised he would let us know if it would be more than the initial estimate AND cleaned out some roots that had got in that our normal septic servicer has NEVER done or told us about! We're calling Total Septic to find out what their annual service plan costs and will most likely switch to them. Honest, friendly, on time, and he took the time to educate me as a customer! Definitely went above and beyond what others have done for us! 100% will recommend to anyone we know that has a septic system! THANK Y'ALL!!
