It has been just over a month since Terry’s Team completed total remodels of our bathrooms. Doing them both at the same time was a challenge, but Bobby and Ian went out of their way to make sure Beverly and I were accommodated to the best of their ability. I called American Homespec after speaking with five other plumbing companies today explaining the urgent need for replacing my parent's hot water heater because of their health condition due to a leak and continous leaking that would not stop. No one was able to deliver the great service at a reasonable price except American Homespec. Bobby was professional and was very respectful doing a great job! My faucet to my bathtub broke. I called Terry and he immediately asked if the water was running and needed to be tuned off. He made my concern his. The very next day he had a truck out and had me a new faucet. The price was very very reasonable. I would recommend American Homspec to anyone. There's a reason this company has a BBB rating of A+.
