Our son died, leaving a house in Henderson that needed a lot of work. We live in Atlanta and needed a reliable contractor who charges reasonable prices, does quality work, and finishes on time. Terry Spainhoward and his crew did all that and more. Part of the "more" is that Terry puts the customer first and is a fine communicator.American Homespec:--cleaned and painted the interior and parts of the exterior,--replaced flooring damaged by a refrigerator leak,--replaced all carpeting,--replaced ceiling fans,--demolished and replaced the driveway,--replaced two damaged windows,--cleared the sewage drain line, and--upgraded several plumbing fixtures.We were in Henderson every other week while American Homespec made these repairs and improvements. It was a great relief to watch the progress and to know we could trust the crews to do what was needed when we were in Atlanta. Several times, Terry called to say that a problem was more complicated than we had thought, and our trust in him made us comfortable adding needed work.We are deeply grateful that Terry and his crews were so reliable and did such fine work at a fair price. It has been just over a month since Terry’s Team completed total remodels of our bathrooms. Doing them both at the same time was a challenge, but Bobby and Ian went out of their way to make sure Beverly and I were accommodated to the best of their ability. They work with great detail and it showed in the quality of their finished work. The “before and after” photos tell it all.

I called American Homespec after speaking with five other plumbing companies today explaining the urgent need for replacing my parent's hot water heater because of their health condition due to a leak and continous leaking that would not stop. No one was able to deliver the great service at a reasonable price except American Homespec. Bobby was professional and was very respectful doing a great job! My family truly is grateful for your service!
