My faucet to my bathtub broke. I called Terry and he immediately asked if the water was running and needed to be tuned off. He made my concern his. The very next day he had a truck out and had me a new faucet. The price was very very reasonable. I would recommend American Homspec to anyone. There's a reason this company has a BBB rating of A+.

The guys took up kitchen, dining room and utility room floors after a water leak. Made necessary repairs then put down Pergo flooring throughout. They did an excellent job. We are beyond pleased with how it turned out. They went above and beyond to make it suit their standards. American Home Spec has replaced a walk in shower in one bathroom and flooring in another. All of their work is excellent!

I had outstanding service. They were prompt with their time and very professional. One of the most honest people I have hired. You don’t always get true honesty when you hire for home improvements these days but I felt they were so upfront with every step they did. I was walked through everything they fixed and explained to in detail all improvements. I simply could not have asked for any better service. I will definitely hire them again if I ever need anymore improvements.

I needed my kitchen sink repaired due to a leak, and they were able to come out today and fix the issue quickly and efficiently. The price was fair too, since it was a Saturday visit. Will definitely call them again if I need anymore work done.
