We are beyond pleased with how it turned out. They went above and beyond to make it suit their standards. American Home Spec has replaced a walk in shower in one bathroom and flooring in another. I had outstanding service. They were prompt with their time and very professional. One of the most honest people I have hired. You don’t always get true honesty when you hire for home improvements these days but I felt they were so upfront with every step they did. I was walked through everything they fixed and explained to in detail all improvements. I simply could not have asked for any better service. I will definitely hire them again if I ever need anymore improvements. Less

Terry was very responsive (hard to find amongst contractors these days) and did everything in a timely manner. It was great to work with him and I felt like I could ask for anything extra to be done. I recently had an outdoor porch light go out and when I tried to change the bulb, it kept tripping my breaker box, which in turn caused other lights in the house to go out too. American Homespec came out and quickly found the problem and fixed it quickly and in a very professional manner. I couldn't be more pleased, highly recommended!
