Alex is an absolutely awesome trainer. Alex started from the basics, teaching me both good discipline and data gathering techniques, as well as how to use the full range of gym equipment, making sure I understood all the different key fundamental exercises. I feel able to train to a good level independently now - but I continue to work with Alex directly as I still learn new things every session as I push myself further and further with him! Perhaps most uniquely - Alex is able to provide very impressive coaching not just at a raw physical level, but also mentally. He clearly has a strong understanding of psychology and how it affects the ability to train, and often has demonstrated an impressive talent for dynamically changing his style of teaching or even entire lesson plans on the fly to suit different individuals, their strengths & weaknesses and even different personal things that one individual might need at a given moment in time. All in all, Alex is truly ace! Strongly recommend choosing him as your trainer. You’ll learn a hell of a lot, and maybe even make a cool friend and training partner along the way :) Less
