Cannot recommend Andy enough, he takes the time to understand you as an individual & tailors the sessions to suit which I absolutely loved! I was dubious initially about hypnosis but after deciding to go for it, 4 sessions later I can honestly say my whole mindset has shifted and the things I thought would be “impossible” were actually fully possible!! I highly recommend Andy for anyone who is struggling, personally I thought I was beyond help and reached out as a last hurrah so to speak. Andy has guided me to becoming a better, truer version of myself, he makes the sessions a safe place to talk about whatever it is you're going through and even shares his own personal experiences and stories, he always checks in and keeps in touch. Andy saved me from my own internal prison and I'm now on the right path to becoming who I was always destined to be. I had a block of sessions with Andy recently and found them really helpful. Not only is he excellent at what he does, but he is warm, approachable and puts you at ease. I would highly recommend him.
