Food is great and the service is fast. The place is situated at the back beach of bora. With a beach front view and breeze coming from the sea, I didn't feel the heat even when having lunch at 2PM!Try their drinks. I recommend the Cathy's Drink which is minty and very refreshing. I tried their Batwan Amaretto Sour and it gave a cherry twist on my go-to drink.

One of the things I love most about Boracay is that there’s always something new to discover. I happened to come across Cathy’s Bistro, and I’m really glad I did. Their menu offers a great selection—from flavorful pastas and pizzas to satisfying rice meals—but my personal favorites have to be the Seared Ahi Tuna and Beef Pares. The service is also a standout, especially when they kindly offered me a taste of their pares empanada. Definitely a must try for those who want to try something new.

Dining in Cathy’s Bistro was a refreshing experience away from the busier parts of the island. I really enjoyed the food, especially their Spicy Beef Empanada—it was incredibly delicious and definitely a standout for me. The service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming and kind, which made the experience even better. The ambiance was relaxing, making it a great place to just sit back and unwind. The beachfront setting immediately gave a relaxing vibe, making it a nice spot to unwind while enjoying a good meal.Highly Recommended

Wirklich gutes essen, einfache Einrichtung, lockere Atmosphäre. Direkt am Strand, eines der besten Restaurants was das Essen angeht, alles immer super gut. Das thuna carpaccio ist ein Traum!
