Whenever I’m coming back to Boracay, one of my first stops is always, of course, Cathy’s Bistro on Bulabog Beach.The food is fantastic, the drinks are great, and the relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere is unbeatable. I didn’t come to the Philippines to spend all my time in Westernised resorts — I came for places like this.A traditional hut-style tropical vibe, top-class food and drinks, genuinely friendly people, and a world-class view of the ocean. It’s the perfect combination and exactly what I love about island life.If you want an authentic tropical island experience in Boracay, sitting by the beach with good food, a cold drink and an incredible view, Cathy’s Bistro is very hard to beat. 🌴🌊🍻Always a favourite and always feels good to be back.

다이빙하고 점심식사로 여러가지 음식을 먹었는데 필리핀 음식인 pork sisig 가 맛있어서 깜짝 놀랐어요. 갈릭 라이스와 같이 먹으면 맛있는데 족발을 맛있게 요리해서 밥하고 같이 먹는 맛이랍니다. 알리오 올리오 면도 아주 적당히 삶아져서 기분좋게 먹었고요. 편하게 식사하기 좋았습니다.

Second time here and the food tastes as amazing as the first. The tuna tartare is still my absolute favorite—so fresh with the mango and cucumber layers. The binakol is a must-try; my son loves the burger, and the spring rolls were perfectly crispy. Everything was delicious and the vibes were super chill, in front of Bulabog beach.

Cathy’s Bistro is amazing! The staff are lovely and made us feel welcomed. We visited here for dinner twice during our stay. We had the creamy pesto pasta, and the carbonara. Both meals were the best meals we have had during our 3 week visit to the Philippines. I would say it’s the best carbonara I’ve had in Asia! Amazing price and portion sizes! We could also pay with card which was an added bonus. Definitely recommend!

Food is great and the service is fast. The place is situated at the back beach of bora. With a beach front view and breeze coming from the sea, I didn't feel the heat even when having lunch at 2PM!Try their drinks. I recommend the Cathy's Drink which is minty and very refreshing. I tried their Batwan Amaretto Sour and it gave a cherry twist on my go-to drink.

One of the things I love most about Boracay is that there’s always something new to discover. I happened to come across Cathy’s Bistro, and I’m really glad I did. Their menu offers a great selection—from flavorful pastas and pizzas to satisfying rice meals—but my personal favorites have to be the Seared Ahi Tuna and Beef Pares. The service is also a standout, especially when they kindly offered me a taste of their pares empanada. Definitely a must try for those who want to try something new.

Dining in Cathy’s Bistro was a refreshing experience away from the busier parts of the island. I really enjoyed the food, especially their Spicy Beef Empanada—it was incredibly delicious and definitely a standout for me. The service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming and kind, which made the experience even better. The ambiance was relaxing, making it a great place to just sit back and unwind. The beachfront setting immediately gave a relaxing vibe, making it a nice spot to unwind while enjoying a good meal.Highly Recommended
