It took me forever to find the right person for exactly what I was looking for. I was extremely nervous because I did not like how my friends eyebrows came out ….dark, thick, painted on. I wanted light hair strokes to mimic the natural brow. Thank God I found Reilly. She’s very professional, listens to what you want, and somehow produces exactly what you had in mind. Maybe she’s a mind reader. It’s a one chair salon, she’s very soft spoken, and puts you into a zen like feeling. So much for being nervous, I literally fell asleep during treatment. Go for a consult, book your appointment and you will be the envy of your friends. I cannot recommend Reilly any higher.

I had my eyebrows tattooed by Reilly at Legacy 41 and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. She is meticulous, gentle and clearly skilled at what she does. My eyebrows look natural, perfectly shaped and suit my face so well. The studio is clean and professional and the whole experience was comfortable from the beginning to the end. FABULOUS BROWS!!!When I met Riley I instantly knew that I was in good hands. My consultation was successful and Riley explained the procedure in detail assuring me that she starts out conservative and that i would not look phony or overdone. We first had to lighten pigment left from previous tattooed brows. My next session went beautifully and I looked natural, the color she chose was perfect. Then a couple of weeks later I had my perfecting appointment and some additional haircstrokes were placed... the final product is just amazing! Riley comes highly highly recommended!
