Surge Kickboxing

Surge Kickboxing is the best! I’ve been a member for almost 3 years and still love going multiple times a week. I love that I get the structure and energy of a group class but without the stress of a set class time. My son started the kids karate program recently and loves it. As a busy parent, being able to get my own workout in while he’s attending class is a huge win. I have also been going to the striking classes and not only have they taken my skills to the next level, but they are a ton of fun.Besides getting in a great workout, the Surge community is warm and welcoming. You’re greeted by name from day 1 and the trainers are all awesome and know how to push you, no matter your fitness or kickboxing level. I’m just so glad I found this gym. Thanks for everything, Mike and team!
