I had Marlon Mejia do my pavers around my pool.He said that he would apply two coats of sealer to the pavers and give me a warranty. He was on time the day of the job and paid once it was completed. Shortly thereafter after I was able to walk on it I noticed gaps between the pavers that needed sand. I called him and said he would be out and sand them down and take care of it.He texted me and said he was very sick and unable to make so we rescheduled. The next appointment he texted me that he would be out on Tuesday around 11 AM. That day as I waited he texted me that he would be out after 12 .He then texted me that he would be there in 30 minutes. He never showed up and did not respond to any of my calls or texts. I’m very disappointed with Marlon and now will have to hire another paver company to redo the job.Just beware of promises of companies that say that they give a warranty and correct there errors. I now have gaps in many of the pavers around the pool that need extra work and sand and weeds are now starting to grow as well.Marlon if you read this please correct your issues and do what’s right. After contacting Expert Sealers so many times, I have gone with another company. They stated the work done by Expert Sealers was shoddy and poor quality. The sand was gone, the sealer was non existent. I had to pay for the sealer and sand to be redone by another company.I received a text from Expert Sealers on June 5 saying they received my text and voicemail and would call in the morning. It is September 17 and still no call. Please do not use this company. They do not stand up to their warranty and are not reputable.DO NOT use Expert Sealers to seal your pavers. After 6 months, the sealer has worn off, sand is gone, weeds are showing up between the pavers and mold is creeping through. I have emailed, text messaged and left a voicemail to ask them to help correct this. No response. They stated there was a three year warranty but I guess that is not the case. Just wanted to let you all know not to use them. Will have to redo the lanai. This is so sad as they came highly recommended. I would highly NOT recommend them!RESPONSE TO EXPERT SEALERS:I contacted you through your website contact email, [email protected]. (The last time was over the weekend.) I waited to see if you would respond this time, before leaving a negative review. I also left a message with your on your phone from the invoice, 8132153006. I told you at the time the job was completed, there were issues. Your employee left my patio furniture outside and would not return to put it back on the patio. He sprayed sealer on the Florida glass and also sealed sand into the base of the screens. I spoke to you about this and you were to come out take care of it. You were scheduled to come out the following week but you did not show up at the time we agreed upon. I contacted you several times but you would not respond. I called you from work, so you may not have seen the cell #. However, we did speak and you were upset with what transpired. If you do provide a three year warranty, then why did you not say you would be out to take care of the issue instead of denying what happened? Good evening, I wanted to share an experience I had with a company called "Expert Sealers". I dealt with Marlon. Initially things went well, until they sent someone over to look at fixing some of the depressions on my lanai. From the minute this gentleman walked into my house, you could tell he did not want to be there. Then, possibly seeing the job would be too much, he fabricated something to the owner, that ran contradictory of what my wife actually said. Once the job was completed (according the company) I asked when they would return to fix some of the remaining depressions. After going back and forth with company, then being blown off once, then totally blown off for the second time, I thought I would share this information. According to Expert Sealers, the pavers were supposed to be sealed multiple times. As you can see from the pictures, weeds are already coming up. I am not an expert, but I thought I would not see weeds for at least a few months. I would not recommend this company, and ultimately did not have a pleasant experience. Thank you Less
