He is a little pricey, but he also not guessing at his work.The old gate valve that was installed on the main water supply shutoff of my 1970's house broke when I turned it to close while working on my irrigation lines. By the time I tried to open the valve it was late at night when most plumbers would not provide service. Called GR plumbing and he took care of the problem for me. Switched out the gate valve for a ball valve and cleaned up all the pipe spaghetti at the same time.Paid $500 for the service. May have been too much but waiting for quotes was not possible. Water was needed in the house and a broken main is not a good thing to have.

I woke up to a leaking light fixture in my bedroom and initially thought it was an issue with the water heater. I called Guillermo, and he came over within minutes. He quickly assessed the situation, showed us pictures of the leak, explained exactly what was happening, and was able to get it fixed.I’m so thankful we caught the problem in time and that Guillermo was able to take care of it so quickly. He provided excellent customer service, took the time to explain the situation, and even explained what could have happened if it hadn’t been caught. GR plumbing was recommended by a neighbor. Although our issue was a minor one, our call was responded to quickly and the service techs arrived at the appointed time. Quick response on a Saturday for an emergency call. Excellent work to fix a leaky toilet and replace a wall stop valve for same, which required some soldering. Work well done and reasonably priced. Guillermo is very pleasant to work with.

Great and fast service with a dash amazing work ethic. They explained the issue and what it would need to repair. Invoices also came with images of before and after of the work that was done, which is great for record purposes.
