Rapid Response was very timely, efficient, and friendly. I used Rapid Response to transport my mom (in a wheelchair) to a doctor appointment. Michael the driver was very friendly and helpful. He was on time to pick us up, and to drive us back home. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use Rapid Response again.

My paraplegic Uncle recently had his leg amputated and needed to be transported from a Post Acute care center in Southern California to a Nursing home in Sacramento. The team was extremely professional. They picked him up on time and he arrived in Sacramento as expected. It was a long, 7 hour drive, but they took good care of him and he was safe traveling on the new gurney. It gave us peace of mind knowing he was traveling with a driver and an aid to make sure he was comfortable and cared for on his trip. I highly recommend this company if you are in the need of safe, prompt, medical transportation. They are upfront with pricing, so there are no suprises.
