We are pleased with the tree removal by A1 Tree and Stump Removal. They came out to review all the details of the tree removal and their quote was competitive. The crew arrived first thing and worked until the job was completed in the late afternoon. I flagged the underground sprinkler heads and they did not damage any of them even though one was at the base of the tree. The clean up was thorough. I have another job next year and they are at the top of the list for that one too.

I was very pleased to be offered a spot within a week of my call. The team did a fantastic job of removing a very large tree with no damage to my yard (just a few minor divots). The lawn was beautiful. The tree debris was removed the same day and again the crew was raking and checking my lawn for debris.I was told I would be billed after the removal as sometimes the stump removal would take an extra day. The email arrived 6 days later. I was not told it was due within 12-24 hours.I did not open it that day due to work hours and an evening event. The next morning I had a voice mail from the office team demanding to know when I was going to pay my bill (less than 24 hours after receiving the email). I checked the email that night and found that the bill was supposed to paid the same day as it arrived. The email was now stamped "overdue". I paid the bill that day.The perfect 10 earned by the tree team dropped to an overall 9 due to this follow up.
