These guys are great! I have been using them for over 10 years and not once where they not able to fix the problem that i had. they have done all sorts of work for me over the years. From chnaging out a toilet to unclogging drains. All the employees that have been out to help me have always been honest and hard working. I would never use another plumber!

From day one when I placed a service request to American Home Shield, the owner Texas called the very next day to inform me that they would be out that very day. This was a warranty company job that I called in Monday night, and Tuesday morning they scheduled me for an appointment that day.. Nick arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the situation and repaired it. He did have to go out and find certain parts because it was butylene.Nick did an excellent job, he was professional and friendly as wel.l I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

We used this company previously with our home warranty company. Out of all the companies the home warranty had sent they were on time professional and no nonsense. Understandably they no longer work with the home warranty companies and we needed some repairs completed. I called late afternoon and they were on point and on time the very next morning. I recommend this company simply for the punctuality, professionalism and desire to do the right job the 1st time. Great people with great work ethic and fair pricing.

Speedy Plumbing really cares about their customers. I know this to be true because they were assigned to assess a pressure tank issue at our residence in response to a home warranty claim. Speedy plumbing correctly diagnosed the tank failure, and when the warranty company fraudulently declined the claim, Speedy Plumbing independently decided to assist us because they agreed with our opinion that the tank should be covered under the warranty claim. The owner personally assigned a plumber to come and fix the issue at an exceedingly fair price as he agreed it should have been covered by the warranty. For that we are truly thankful.

Contacted them this morning and their service tech was here the same day and on time. He was very courteous and professional.

I wish I could give 10 Stars. Appointment was made yesterday for this morning. Tech called at 745 said he would arrive at 810. He was spot on and it is now 819 he has left and job complete. I recently reviewed this company and gave them a 1-Star rating due to my phone call going unanswered. To be fair, I am a perfectionist and I'm impatient. I did get a phone call back a few hours later the day I left a message and deleted that review; the lady I spoke to was very polite and professional but I can’t remember her name. She explained that Charles would be coming to my house between 8am and 4pm the next day. That was a plus because normally with American Home Shield you usually wait 3-5 days for someone, which is why I called that morning to make sure the work order was in. At 7:30 am the next day, Charles called and told me he would be at my house by 8am. He arrived on time and was very polite. Within an hour my drain was unclogged. He explained at one point that I may have to call someone else out to use a jet to clear the clog because American Home Shield wouldn't cover the cost for it and that's why he didn't carry that equipment. I thought all was lost but with a determined attitude, as a last resort, he attempted to clear the clog going through the washer drainpipe instead of the kitchen drain. 10 minutes later my drain was cleared. He could have just given up and told me I’d have to call someone else, and I would have understood because he had already tried numerous techniques to clear the drain. Thanks, Charles, for a job well done!

The owner was very helpful and scheduled for a technician to install my water heater in a timely manner.

Charles came out to fix my sinks that would back up, he also explained what he did and even checked if the snake port (not the correct name) was one way or two way.

My water heater was leaking periodically from the relief valve pipe. I thought it was the valve that was going bad. Speedy Plumbing came and diagnosed the problem within seconds. Charles knew right away that it was actually the thermal expansion tank that was malfunctioning and needed replaced. He was right! The tank was already full of water. Charles was super helpful and professional throughout the entire process, despite the fact that I could tell it had been a long day for him. He replaced the expansion tank really fast and secured it better than how it was before. I really appreciate the help and will definitely use Speedy Plumbing again in the future.
