I’ve taken the Executive Touch courses and it’s helped me as I transitioned from former IRS employee, to an entrepreneur who has recently received her Enrolled Agent license. I was able to use her direct teachings to abate a penalty client without fumbling my words because she laid out what exactly to do. There was some familiarity with abating payments because I used to do it when I worked for the IRS, but now I’m on the other side of it and still needed that guidance to make sure I got it right.
