I've used enough dumpster services long enough to know that when something goes sideways, most vendors are going to protect themselves first and worry about you second. That's just the reality.Due to internal miscommunications, we had a dumpster dropped where it was supposed to be, but the site manager had no idea it was coming and was ready to have it removed. Becca didn't just tell me to figure it out. She actually got involved, made calls, tracked me down, and stayed on it until everything was squared away.
