Central Valley Home Repair did an amazing job with the repairs needed for my home. I was in dire need of facia replacement around my home due to massive wood rot. Upon contacting Nick he was able to schedule a meeting with me at my home around my schedule and discuss the needed repairs. The estimate he gave and time frame for completion of work exceeded my expectations and other bids from other companies which did not include paint and other additional task. Nick and his staff were able to begin and finish the job in a fast timely manner not to mention they removed the original custom rain gutters attached to the house and were able to put them back without fail. Their clean up was immaculate leaving no trace behind of any repairs being done. All the repairs were required by FHA appraisers which they passed with flying colors.
