MAY 2025 UPDATE:Yep--still a great team and a great service. I went back about three months later for a follow-up fit--dialling in the bike once I was getting stronger and more confident. This year I came in for a saddle fit journey... really fantastic service trying out a ton of different saddles to find something that feels right, and now riding it for a several weeks to see how it performs under all my riding conditions. Couldn't ask for more!Next up: a new bike--- based on the fit they have for me! (And yes, one day 155 cranks!)Unqualified five stars. Their service cannot be improved! This was my first ever bike fit after 2 years of riding, and it's cured my numb hands and toes, plus made me more stable on the bike.Very professional and caring approach, as I was worried as a "newbie" that I wouldn't be up to their regular standard of rider. I had a Fit Before You Buy with Wei and Matt at Foundation, before pulling the trigger on buying my dream bike. It took all the anxiety out of deciding exactly which frame size and what setup to order. Wei and Matt are incredibly knowledgable and passionate about bike fitting, but also very professional and super friendly - the whole morning was great fun, and I felt completely at ease asking (probably somewhat silly) questions about the process. As well as zeroing into the correct size for the future bike, I learned invaluable things about my current riding and how to stay comfortable and efficient on the bike, and Wei has provided lots of support after the appointment with resources and the like.
