I had a follow up fit with Wei at Bespoke Cycles on Rosebery Avenue (after 2 years). See my earlier original review below.2 years older; new shoes and shorter cranks. Sadly no rejuvenation serum (I think that is hidden away behind the super ^2 bikes in the basement). My bike measurements were all slightly out because of the new cranks (not just reduced length of cranks added to seat height) and the tweaks all felt great and translated into greater comfort.Shoe cleats weren’t quite right either - just wrong enough to give me back ache. All resolved and aches dissipated. So very pleased - very solid process with perceptible benefits. Thanks Wei&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&Wei and Foundation Fit are excellent. Even though I consider myself a tough customer, they made the entire process simple and efficient.Wei, their expert fitter, was incredibly patient and attentive. He answered all my questions, made sure every detail was just right. He didn't miss a single step! I had an 8 point list going in and, on checking just before leaving; I realised that I had achieved all of theses items, as well as an additional 2 bonus actions that weren't on my list!After the fitting, I had more questions, and Foundation Fit was there for me. I was recommended a crank length adjustment which is expensive and I needed more information to better understand the theory/reasoning behind the change. They responded to all my emails promptly and clearly (with URLs to third party resources).Foundation Fit has genuinely made a huge difference in my cycling experience. For anyone needing a bike fitting, I can't recommend Foundation Fit and Wei enough. Less

Amazing service. I was having lower back pain when i increased my time on the road bike. I felt over stretched and uncomfortable on the hoods. In 4 hours of jiggingthe bike felt great. I got to try loads of saddles without buying and they sorted my 14 year old bike. I was sent all the measurements and was supported on the new bike i was interested in before i bought it to make sure it was right.The old bike felt so good to ride i nearly didnt get another one. Back pain completely gone and now all my bikes have the same saddle. I was also advised on shoe fit with lake being wide fit and now i have some they feel great. The follow up appointment was done with new parts provided so i didnt have to get them all and bike is great.Overall id highly recommend foundation to get a fit. I love cycling but dont have the top end bikes im just a normal rider but that wasnt an issue. Really pleased with everything and will go back with any new bikes i may get. Less

For some reason I was really nervous before going for my bike fit. I think because I’m an amateur cyclist who uses flat pedals and only has time to get out an average of once per week. I thought I’d be laughed out of the building. I could not have been more wrong. Mat met me at reception, and put me at ease immediately. The team; Mat, Matt and Ev were so welcoming, friendly and professional.They made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process & I was soon very relaxed and at ease, which enabled me to get the most out of the session. They were patient with all of my questions, but what impressed me most was their deep knowledge and expertise. They took the time to explain every adjustment and why it was necessary to improve my fit and performance. It was clear that they were genuinely invested in ensuring my bike was tailored to my needs, and that the concerns I detailed within the responses to my pre-fit assessment questionnaire, were addressed.The process itself was both insightful and valuable. I learned a great deal about my riding posture, and was both amazed and impressed at the significant difference even minor adjustments can make. The change to my cycling position/posture between my before and after videos was immediately evident. The session really highlighted the importance of a proper fit in avoiding discomfort and injury.I left with a new saddle, recommendations for a narrower set of handlebars, and wider pedals, but most importantly I departed feeling much more confident on my bike. I went away on holiday shortly afterwards and so have not had time to fully test my new set up. I also seem to have muscle memory, (think it will take a few weeks to ditch the old positioning habits), but so far, so good. I was 100% less saddle sore on my new seat. I highly recommend their services to ANYONE, not just pros looking to optimise their ride, and am very grateful to the team for their great service. Less

Fantastic!! I bought a bike that I just could not get comfortable on, and it was just making it miserable to ride - numb hands etc.I turned up worried I’d just bought the wrong bike and it was irredeemable, but we worked through the full set up and I ended up with what feels like a new bike! Thank you to Wei and Matt(s) of FOUNDATION bike fit and cannot recommend you highly enough. I was referred through a friend and was not disappointed! This was my first fit so really did not know what to expect. The team took me through things off and on the bike throughout the session. I have left feeling so much more comfortable on the bike and saddle, and now look forward to some long and enjoyable days out on my bike.
