I was trying to figure out what the heck it could possibly be because it tasted so awful and it had a strange texture. I realized it probably was a TON of coconut oil that condensed in the bowl. I would recommend not to put as much coconut oil in the bowls because it clumps up a lot around the granola, and also in the açaí itself, and does not taste good. Digging around in the bowl, I found multiple coconut oil clusters in the bowl and it took up a good portion of the bowl. I had to throw it out after two bites because the açaí was either bad/freezer burn and too bitter. If the açaí was edible, I would have just taken them out, but it was a miss on basically all fronts. She asked for me to dispose and to share what other Acai she can replace with. After a few minutes, she approached me and explained that I would have to pay another almost $14 dollars to replace. Naturally, I disagreed as she offered to replace. She noted that the Manager disapproved a replacement. I expressed to her that she offered to replace and that the original one was already dispossed. The most expensive Açaí ever!! I know Açaí can be pretty expensive but a small bowl is never 13 dollars but that aside I got the Açaí rainbow bowl and when I say there was no Açaí there wasn’t. I had to trade with my sister she had the Malibu bowl. If you are willing to pay a lot more than the regular just cause it’s close by do visit here, but other than that no.... More
