Very poor experience. Claimed to have completed work that was never done. Refused to answer calls and left me scrambling. I had to extensively fight to prove the work was not done for months and upon further proof, the founder put the blame on her team. Refused to give a full refund for deposit and eventually only refunded half 2 months after termination. Feels like a scam.
