Ace auto repair and Andy are wonderful!!! I had so many problems with State Farm’s preferred vendor Classic collision horrible company. They said none of the damage on the back and side of my truck was due to the car that hit me even with pictures, a police report and the other car that hit me being totaled. They kept my truck for 2 weeks with no Communication while State Farm was paying for my rental car.(what a waste of money) I had to call them only to find out they had done NO work on my truck. I picked up my truck that day and took it to Ace Auto repair and Andy was able to work with my insurance company (which was not easy because of what classic collision had reported to State Farm) they had my truck for a week and fixed everything even a tail light that State Farm said they wouldn’t pay for. They have GREAT Communications kept me informed Throughout the week and when I got it back today it was beautiful!!!! So all you people out there reading this forget taking your vehicle to the Insurance companies, preferred shops and go to Ace Auto repair. I can not say enough good things about this shop and Andy. This is a family owned business and they work for YOU and not the insurance company. Thank you Andy again for working so hard for me I know you put a lot of your time into this!!!!!
