I’m a client of this marketing from who was sold a subscription and no real understanding of my role or what as a new ( little to no funds) startup I needed to do or about the basics of the plan. After falling behind on my monthly payments, I was denied access to my website (understandable) until the 1yrs subscription was paid. Our small nonprofit had received additional funding and we closed out our balance with this firm and we did not what any additional services from them! I was told I could change whatever I wanted on my paid site it was mine! I had made some changes that same week. However, I returned to my website a few weeks ago 3/26-now and I could not make any changes? Sine then I’ve tried to send emails, schedule mtgs, leave message with no response!! I’ve reached out too WIX and was told I don’t own my website and the owner has to give me access? I’m 😕 confused because I paid to have this website built is it not our nonprofit or? I decided this morning to write a review and maybe I’d hear from the owner about my issues and how I’m being handled!!!
