Mike and Jenny are extremely knowledgeable trainers. Whether you’re just getting started, young or old, dealing with an injury, etc. they will tailor the training session to meet your needs. They consistently mix up the training sessions to keep it exciting. I would highly recommend anyone to give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Best mental and physical health choice I have made for myself in a very long time. Dedicated trainers that provide a great experience at a comfortable level for your own speed and goals

2021-03-31T16:03:55.000Z

The best gym I’ve worked out in. One on one workouts. Workouts specified for YOUR body, not generalized. They make you feel comfortable, encouraged, and empowered. Mentally, and physically. I would recommend this gym over and over. Great people. Knowledgeable, professional, personable, and very welcoming.

My teenage son has learned so much in just his first few sessions. I'm so happy with the way they interact with him.

I’m a Phoenix resident and stopped into The Gym while visiting family in the area. Mike provided an awesome workout one on one with me. Not knowing my capabilities he was able to put together a nice circuit and improved my form on a few exercises. The gym was clean, organized and well taken care of. I recommend anyone who is looking for private or semi-private lessons to try them out.

How knowledgeable and helpful Mike and Jenny were in figuring out what I need

2020-08-12T00:02:36.000Z

Love my workouts with Jenny. I was having a horrible time getting started but she’s worked on my form and over two months I’m so much stronger. So thankful for the motivation

Best workout yet! Bring it on Webers!! Personalized training with a family business touch.

2020-06-16T21:30:32.000Z

great place, Mike Weber is the man!!!

2020-03-16T22:00:00.000Z

Mike has always done a great job wiping everything down with Clorox wipes way before the COVID. I'd even call him a "germ-a-phobe" He never allowing people to come in if they had any signs of being sick. You can be confident that The Gym is able to operate safely in the new environment we are now living in

2019-11-26T23:10:40.000Z

Mike and Jenny are great. I highly recommend them for personal training. They listen to your goals and train you to achieve them. If you are new to working out, they are easy to work with. If you are thinking about personal training-stop thinking and give them a call. You will be glad you did.

This is my kind of place! Slow and steady over speed. Very friendly.

2019-05-28T08:12:05.000Z

The Gym has been welcoming since day 1. They offered to have me come in first, talk about my needs and goals and immediately was paired up with Jenny to start training me. I started out at 2 days a week and I increased to 5 days a week quickly after. I enjoy the low key 1x1 vibe, with my trainer and Mike & his client being the only ones there during a session. Jenny always asked how I felt after a workout, offered for me to text if I was too sore or had questions later. They care about their clients, and helping them achieve their goals. Something else I’ve liked about The Gym is that they come up with mini challenges to hold so people can join and challenge themselves. This keeps things fun and they do open some up to the public to help gain health awareness and exposure which is a great idea all around. Thanks Jenny & Mike!

The Gym is a great place for personal training. Mike and Jen are very knowledgeable and always there to help. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed! 💪

2018-09-19T17:05:25.000Z

This is the place for you if you are done talking about fitness and strength and you are ready to take action. None of the distractions of big chain gyms. No mirrors, no loud talking meatheads or beauty queens, no blaring TVs. No waiting for equipment, no unsupervised kids, no trying to remember what you did last time, or how much you should be doing this time. Just knowledgeable, supportive people (Mike and Jenny) who know how to help you get to your goals. It’s clean, it’s simple, it works, it’s fun. You’ll never want to go back to your old gym.

2018-09-18T15:59:35.000Z

I signed up for a fitness challenge through “The Gym” on a whim and it ended up being the best decision I ever made to get me back on the health band wagon. Working out with my personal trainer, Mike, has instilled in me the confidence & discipline I need to continue to improve myself through sound nutrition and physical activity. He is super conscious of health, safety and what's best for each individual! He truly cares about getting you healthy and is knowledgeable about physiology, nutrition, offers variety in each work out and is very flexible with scheduling. Now I am more aware of what it takes to accomplish and maintain a healthy body. His exercise routines are individualized and challenging, but not more than you can handle. My weekly sessions are something I look forward to every week and I am still sore after every session.

2018-09-16T14:06:03.000Z
