Pro Quality was great to work with from the beginning. They were willing to work with my crunched timelines before the holiday and were willing to work with me on pricing from other places if I wanted to get the carpet from elsewhere and they would install. With such amazing customer service I went with everything through them for my carpet install. They were timely, consistent, friendly and did a great job! We absolutely love the work Pro Quality Design did on our 1910 farmhouse remodel. They listened to our vision and did everything we asked and even more. Their attention to detail is outstanding. We had a complete remodel of the kitchen, and flooring, ceilings, walls, new staircases, carpet, and much more throughout the house. We highly recommend this company. Outstanding contracting experience! The team at Pro Quality Designs made helpful recommendations so we could understand the best way forward for our project. Our project was preventing us from enjoying our living room for 7 months, and we were struggling to find a good contractor, until they worked us into their schedule. All of their sub-contractors were reputable and treated our home with great respect. We absolutely recommend them!

Would not use this company. Employee was disrespectful and arrogant. Would not put his cart away in parking lot just left it in the way of others. Asked to put cart in cart bin and was a perk. Left it to damage others property. Sad reflection on other contractors.
