The window (glass) cleaning was fine. Technician could have taken the time to wipe window sills. Two negatives, paint was chipped off the front door frame. Two, when I pointed this out, technician left without saying a word.UPDATE:We have to hand it to this company, they contacted us and were willing to come back and address the issues. Therefore we upgraded our satisfaction from 3 to 5

Just had a wonderful experience with Water Wave and their tech, Max. He was good enough to text me when he was on his way. He removed the screens on the windows before cleaning and was good enough to put our porch furniture back in place once the work was done. Value for your money is a 5 out of 5 for me.
