I was driving on my way to Avon and i almost missed my exit (168) so i shifted my wheels right away but then i hit and got stuck in that super thick snow. My friend and i tried to dig in and cleared the snow around the tires but no luck. I called the Eagle Vail Towing as they were still open (24hrs). I spoke with Sam, provided the information and he was very accommodating (appreciate you Sam) and told me the driver will assist me upon getting out from that situation. 5-10 mins later, the driver arrived - Amir and he helped us out. It was kinda struggle cos something’s blocking on the back wheels. Finally, he was able to pull the car safely. I appreciate your help Amir you did a great job! thank you so much and also to Sam. You guys both did great! Fast service and really friendly.

A group of us came to town for my wedding the first week of November 2023. The day before my wedding, the area received snow, nearly 10 inches at the cabin we stayed at in Blue River. My family began coming to the cabin for rehearsal dinner and we quickly learned that our driveway was impassable due to the weather. JD Towing was quick to respond and upfront with the cost. When they arrived, we explained that my father, who was to walk me down the aisle the next day, had recently fractured his ankle and we had many concerns on him walking down the driveway to the cars as so many others had already fallen. The drivers offered to drive their wrecker up the driveway and after checking the conditions came up with a new plan. Both walked to the top of the driveway, rigged a snow sled, and guided my father back down the driveway on the sled. 2 recoveries, 1 tow, and a sled ride later, their courtesy, kindness, and professionalism made this experience pleasant given the circumstances.
