I’ve known Tanya Milton since 2014 and have worked with her on multiple properties. I’ve also worked with other realtors, but after meeting Tanya, I chose to work with her exclusively. Her professionalism, reliability, and results have made her my go-to realtor.

Our relationship with Tanya began a couple years ago as she was very visible in the Vizcaya community. My husband would ask her questions in reference to the properties in the area and ours specifically. Tanya offered a wealth of knowledge so that we can make a sound decision. She never sold us a dream, she was always transparent, and this made it easy to choose her when we were selling our property.Tanya immediately communicated with us every time there was a resolution needed. Her professional approach to combat selling realtor qualms and buyer concerns was A1. Which ultimately got us to the closing table! She was also instrumental in getting us to our rental property because she referred us to a realtor in the immediate area in which we are able to observe our new build being constructed daily. This alleviated ALOT of our stress that comes with relocating. Tanya is a great asset to your company because she keeps the client in mind and maintains the integrity of a realtor. I thank her for all she did to make are move successful.

Tanya Milton is an awesome realtor who went above and beyond to help our family sell my dad’s house while we were settling his estate. Since we live out of town, having someone we could trust to help manage everything was extremely important. She kept us informed throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to help coordinate cleaning, repairs, and getting personal items moved out of the house. She made a difficult situation much easier for our family and was always willing to help wherever she could. We truly appreciate all of her hard work, professionalism, communication, and compassion during this process. Thank you so much for everything you did for our family. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients!
