I will NEVER use this company again. Nearly 2 years later and they have not completed work I have paid for. The workmanship on the carpentry is horrendous and because they did not do the work on time I have huge amounts of water damage that they have caused. They have absolutely no cares for me as a customer - say they will finally complete it then a month later still nothing. Photos to follow…

Just had one of the best experiences with any service provider ever. I contacted the CWP mid January 2024 with a whole list of questions. Ended up talking to the owner himself. He listen to every question I had and gave me very good advise. You could tell he has been in this game a very long time. CWP made an appointment to come and see me to do a quote. I was contacted by Riaan Willemse to introduce himself and to confirm the date and time. On the day he was well prepared and and best of all on time. Once again he also patiently listened to all my questions. Best of all I received the quote there and then. Didnt have to wait or follow up. Once we gave them the go a head everything went just as smooth as before. Joey and his team, Siya and Xolani. Came in and did a spectacular job. They definitely went the extra mile. Once they finished they left the area in a the same condition as before they started. Thank you to everyone at CWP who I dealt with. It was a pleasure from start to finish. I can highly recommend you to anyone. CWP exceeded my expectation.

When it comes to assessing damage and repairs, CWP's Managing Director Riaan Willemse, is an acknowledged expert and experienced professional, who will provide you with a detailed and thorough explanation of the work process required. In terms of work ethics, Riaan is uncompromising. What's more, unlike many of his competitors, this business doesn't demand an upfront "refundable" fee for giving you an assessment and quote either... That in itself, speaks volumes for the way CWP do business.

Bitterly Disappointing. Avoid at all costs!We invited Rian Willemse into our home with great expectations due to having read several positive online reviews.The job was to paint all ceilings, repair a number of cracks and to remove old wooding cladding in one room, plaster and paint.He is unable to manage a team and deliver a quality experience.His team were unsupervised, despite promises that he would have a supervisor on duty. He promised us his "A team". Instead, for the most part, we had a senior painter who was on site, who was a subcontractor who refused to be accountable for any supervision of other staff.`Riaan' team were poorly supervised overall. They at times engaged in unprofessional behaviour in our home. They did not cover furniture with drop sheets as promised, and it was only done from the 3rd day after a number of complaints. Again, his staff claimed they were not provided and he assured us that they were provided.Little to no site supervision was in place. I returned home one day to find concrete being flung around a room by a plasterer whose skills looked like those of someone they collected at the side of the road. Cement was splashed across uncovered furniture, art, and carpets. Again Riaan claimed outrage but was unable to address the issue on the day or for the two weeks his workers were in our home.We were unable to snag the job before final payment as my father was ill and dying, and 10 days after completion we got a threatening phone call from his father demanding outstanding payment. Despite having already paid R21k in a deposit in advance of the work. To avoid further unpleasantness and disruption, we paid the remainder of R21k due.Despite Riaan's attempt to remedy our complaints, in our view he was ineffective in both that and managing his workmen. And worse still he is completely ineffective in delivering a quality customer experience, despite charging a healthy price that would be what a top, professional painting contractor would charge. So sadly I cannot recommend this business.End to end, it was a poorly managed experience.

I have been trying to get hold of cws for a few leaks after they waterproofed. I had them out last rainy season for a leak and this rainy season its leaking again....this time around I can't get hold of them...online chat or phonecall. I'm not sure what great service others are talking about, but my experience is the complete opposite. rather get real professionals to do your waterproofing at least

We bought the house we are living in about a year ago, had water leaking Into certain areas, had it fixed under warranty with CWP. This rainy season its leaking again and struggling to get through.
